• Warranty registration: name, email, phone, battery model and serial number, purchase date and the dealer you bought from.
• Warranty claims: the description of the issue and any photos you upload.
• Partner portal: account details for dealers and distributors (name, business details, territory, contact information) and the records they create.
• Technical data: basic server logs and, only if you accept analytics cookies, aggregated usage statistics.

3. How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To register, verify and service your battery warranty, including sending certificates and claim updates by email.
• To let the dealer or distributor who sold your battery support you.
• To operate and secure the partner portal.
• To improve our website, if you have consented to analytics.

We rely on your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and on the need to perform our warranty obligations to you.

4. Who we share it with

Your warranty details are visible to Powrio and to the authorised partner who registered or sold the battery, so they can service it. We use trusted service providers for hosting, database and email delivery, who process data on our instructions. The public certificate verification page shows only limited information (such as the model, certificate number and validity dates). We do not sell personal data.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use only the cookies needed to run the site and the partner portal. If analytics is enabled on this site, we ask for your consent before loading it, and you can decline. Your choice is stored in your browser.

6. How long we keep it

Warranty records are kept for the warranty period and a reasonable time afterwards to handle claims and meet legal obligations. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Partner account data is kept while the account is active and as required by law.

7. Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and role-based permissions in the partner portal to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting you, we will notify you as required by law.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. To do so, contact us using the details below. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer service a warranty that depends on that data.
